A skilled HR Director, Amanda began her career in Retail Management before specialising in Graduate Recruitment and Management Development. Amanda has held a variety of Senior HR Management roles, before becoming an HR Director within the financial services industry. In this role she built the HR function from the very beginning and helped lead a business turnaround through to successful public flotation. Amanda is a qualified leadership coach with an MBTI and Insights License as well as being psychometric level A and B qualified. Amanda is currently studying for an MA in psychotherapy which underpins and strengthens her coaching abilities.
