Specialising in strategic HR, employment relations, learning and development, well-being and mental health, Kate’s passion is creating a positive employee experience and showing people the true value and potential of HR.
Kate has a varied background in bookselling, employability roles, training and corporate responsibility, and has worked in financial services, the charity sector, welfare to work and global manufacturing. Kate is CIPD qualified, and has a Post Graduate Certificate in Career Development and Coaching, as well as a qualification in Transformational Coaching. Kate is an MHFA England Instructor Member, and Insights Discovery accredited.
